Web-based Monitoring is an application provides you with the monitoring, analysis and statistics services on client network, server and service status using automated tools. Users can conveniently monitor their system themselves and will get the most benefit:
1. Convenient to operate, all system can be monitor through perfect web-based system with centralized architecture and integrated mandatory service functions

There are 2 types of Web-based Monitoring:
1. Standard Web-based Monitoring: This is free service for all customers. The report can be viewed in graphic format. You can select up to 4 functions to monitor at the same time e.g. Network Traffic, Ping Response time, CPU Usage Ratio, Memory Usage Ratio etc.
2. Premium Web-based Monitoring: This is a value added service for customer who needs to monitor in details. The report can be shown in graphic, text, or table. History and daily report can be viewed. You can also export the data to excel. Premium Web-based Monitoring

Premium Web-based Monitoring is a network & server monitoring software developed by Korea Internet Data Center (KIDC) a partner of TRUE IDC.

Web-based Monitoring is an important tool to analyze the system. It can shown the report, status, statistics that help you to analyze your system conveniently. There are 2 major component of Web-based Monitoring system:

1. NMS(Network Management System):
 
1.1. Fault management (network Equipment(Router, Switch) down, traffic threshold crossing, etc.)

2. SMS(Server Management System)

2.3 Process management (Management of process status and resources (CPU, Memory) and usage monitoring)
